Seeds of Spring: Balkan Songs with Lily Storm

Lily will present a collection of folk songs from Eastern Europe, all on the theme of new beginnings: the end of winter, the promise of spring, renewal, and finding hope in unexpected places. Songs will range from elegantly simple to moderately ornamented. Word sheets, standard notation, and in some cases, “creative” notation (i.e., squiggles) will be provided.

All levels are welcome!
